WGSS Fence Gates N Rails

We here at WGSS Fence Gates N Rails put our company and family in God's hands every day. He is our guide in all we do. We will treat all our customers with respect. We will never take on a job we cannot complete on time. We would rather send you to a competitor than to have you look bad in the eyes and minds of your customers. We take pride in America and all she stands for. Our product is made in America by Americans. Work Give Save
We use either square or rectangular tubing for all horizontal and vertical rails and posts. We do not use the pre-punched channel, which is the industry standard, for a number of reasons. One is the pre-punched channel is punched four inches on center; meaning that if you have a odd length your pickets may not be laid out symmetrically. Another reason is water will roll underneath the edge of the channel and become the perfect place for rust to grow. Also, with pre-punched channels, the norm in the industry is to slide your pickets through the channel and tack weld underneath.
In our fabrication process, we lay out each individual job so that all pickets are spaced the same distance apart. This gives an even flow to the looks of the finished product. We also cut each picket to length and weld out 100% around each individual picket to prevent water infiltration. This makes a much stronger product than your normal pre-punched procedure.
All welds are ground and polished and washed with acid-based cleaner, before being primed with rust-inhibitive, high-solid primer, tested for 500-hour salt spray conditions, and top coated with powder coating which is available in over 600 color variations.
Installation Process
Whenever our product comes in contact with any other material such as wood, brick, stone, etc., we always chalk with 50-year silicone chalking. We also chalk inside of all holes that are drilled with 50-year silicone chalking before installing bolts or anchors to prevent water infiltration. All hinges used on our products have stainless-steel shafts with ball-bearings and grease fittings for easy operation and very require low maintenance and endure many years of use unless the customer chooses a hand-forged hinge. That is another service that we offer that is a dying art in itself - the ability to hand forge hinges, door handles, door knockers, leaves, etc.
We also offer design services. We will build to your specifications and be more than happy to offer our suggestions. Before we began each project we take our final measurements and discuss with you changes, if any, you would like for us to make.
During fabrication, WGSS Fence Gates N Rails wants to communicate with each customer, either through them visiting the shop and seeing the process, or through digital photos and e-mails. This way, when we get to the job with the product, everyone knows what they're getting and this makes for a win-win situation where everyone involved is happy. That is our goal: to produce the best aluminum and ironwork on the market and for everyone involved to be happy with the end results.
